Hello
I tried to add the canonical tag on my category page
https://www.website.com/4-bundlespack?page=3
https://www.website.com/4-bundles-with- ... ure?page=2
But I check I still get Title duplicates, although there is a canonical tag on it
error on the category pages,
Anyone can help me do a check and share how to fix this error?

You are using the Journal3 framework, which is not compliant with OpenCart standards. Hence you should get in touch with the Journal support on this.

Duplicate page titles has nothing to do with canonical urls.
Canonical url tags exist to prevent indexing of different urls leading to the same page, classifying it as duplicate content.
It is basically saying to the search engines: "No matter what url you used to get here, if you want to index this page, you will do it under this (canonical) url and this url only".

Page titles are set via the title tag so better check how journal sets its titles.
