Hi,

When an order has been delivered, we change the status of the order from Processing to Completed.
We also use the Remarks field to send a link to the customer.

The link looks like: https://www.site.com/index.php?route=pr ... uct_id=306

but when the customers receives the email, the link becomes:
https://www.site.com/index.php?route=pr ... uct_id=306

So the & sign becomes &
How can I resolve this?

Yes, this is normal. Nothing to resolve.
