SMTP Issues !

Hi there guys , i am trying to get a good SMTP service for my site
but the issue is that EVERY SINGLE SMPT I GOT says " password not accepted from server " when i make it without tls or ssl ,

or The EHLO message if i wrote the TLS

i tried more than 9 diffrenet smtp services all same result for unknown reason
i am using version Version 3.0.3.6
