Having a pick up option and a courier and flat rate and post

Hi people

I'm looking to have a pick up option as well as a postage via New Zealand Post using a heaviest weight, and a courier flat fee.

How can I get all these going at once so the customer can choose.

At the moment I went in and trialled an order and all I got was the pick up option.

am using version .9 with the 9.2 patch

When I loaded the product I put in shipping requires shipping. I didn't know what else to put.

Any ideas how to do this.

This one was just a matter of settings. I was new to opencart at the time.
