"Modules" Page Not Found

I haven't added any extensions, modules, etc. but when I went to Extensions/Modules it says "The page you are looking for could not be found! Please contact your administrator if the problem persists."
The site has been working fine for 3 years. Is it possible to reinstall Open Cart and not lose my product listings, just the Modules section?

Have you checked your errors logs?

Install a clean version of 2.0.3.1 in a sub folder with the live site config.php and admin/config.php files adjusted to the new path. That should let you log in and hopefully find the problem.

Check your admin/controller/extension/module.php file.
