I am doing a proposal/quote for an eCommerce site that has UK Public Sector usage. The specification is that support for the WCAG v2.1 standard is mandatory - as in "if you can't meet this your proposal will be filed in the round container, yes the one on the floor beside my desk".
. We won't even read your submission.
Does anyone know of any themes that make OC WCAG compliant ? ...... I'm committed to OC and previously choose OC as the best shopping cart solution going. That was before I came up against the regs which say every Public Sector website in the UK must be WCAG v2.1 compliant - and cannot be deployed if it isn't. According to the Magneto website, in 2016 alone over 240 lawsuits were filed in the US for having a non-accessible ie non WCAG compliant site.
