opencart 3.0.02 How to keep track of my expenses or cost of goods?

I've searched and searched but still have not found a extension to keep track of my expenses or cost of goods? Can anyone refer me to a great extension that wont screw up my website. (sorry just did a fresh install to correct many issues)

What you're after is an accounting or inventory management package - OpenCart is not designed to be either of those things.
