Opencart LocalTimeZone

Hi,
Is there any settings available in OpenCart, so that dashboard activity time will show as per user location time.
My website: nationalpc.in
My opencart version: 3.0.3.3
My server: Plesk panel on Hostgator Linux VPS

I am using opencart from India (+5.3Hr), I have set the +5.30 Hr time zone at VPS. Still OpenCart dashboard Recent Activity showing New York time.
