Hi, I want to put this module or string, but I can't find what it is called

While the OC version has not been posted, your request is about a custom theme. Either post your URL or contact the extension theme developer to resolve this issue.

I am using the default opencart version 3.0.3.6 and maybe there is a model that can do this?

If you know code you can use the custom html module.

I have a module that allows you to create almost whatever you want, with links, images, icons, text, sliders, pop up and timed pop ups and so much more.

If you click any of the social media / multi functional right side fixed slider boxes they should take you to the Opencart LINKS page
Everything on that site is created with LINKS except the scroll to top - which was just done for fun.

In the footer is something similar to what you are looking for and is an example within the module.
