index.php?route= on Custom Page

Hello, OC 3.0.3.1

i have created new custom page for latest products (copied, renamed and modified controller/product/special.php and product/special.twig)
I tried to remove mywebsite/index.php?route=product/latest and to make it mywebsite/latest with no success.
Other pages (home, special, products, categories, contact, information) are ok.
