PayPal CommercePlatform Multicurrency does not work as intended

Hi:
Developing a brand new site using v3.0.3.6, default theme, no extensions, to upgrade a 1.5.6.4 site (not migrating, but making a new one).

Default Currency OpenCart = IDR (not supported by PayPal)
OpenCart set as multicurrency with IDR, USD, AUD, EUR
Business has PayPal account in USD, AUD, EUR.

In 1.5.6.4 (with the help of extension https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... on_id=8784) we could use PayPal Express Checkout for orders in USD, AUD, EUR only, not for IDR.
For customers selecting USD, AUD, EUR they saw their order in OC in the desired currency, payment in PayPal was in the desired currency. All great!

In the new 3.0.3.6 using Commerce Platform, we have to define a default currency for PayPal: As we can not use IDR because it is not supported we use USD, and set the proper rate.
At this stage we did not even installed the extension https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... on_id=8784 , so it is not bothering)

If a customers creates an order in USD, she sees the checkout page in USD and payment in PayPal in USD (great!)
BUT...
If a Customer creates and order in AUD or EUR, then she sees the checkout page in AUD or EUR BUT the payment in PayPal is always in USD.

This is bad for loyal customers used to pay in their own currency.

We think the new PayPal Commerce Platform should be able to check the accounts available and organize the payment in the currency selected by the customer (if available) or jumping to the default currency set (USD in this case).

Any solution to this case?
Is it worth to ask for a developer to code it for us?
