adding newly created categories to plaza home menu

Opencart 3.0.3.3.
Plaza themes Junno 1 (shoes)

I installed `Junno 1` theme few days ago and deleted all the products and categories that came with it - not knowing complications i might get for doing so.
Now everytime I create a new category from admin panel/products/categories/ Im unable to add the category to a plaza home menu. Since I cant find the route/link for category anywhere Ive tried to look.
I tried from //dashboard/ultimate menu
and from //dashboard/horizontal menu
and it seems I cant find any proper route to link menu items to categories. I even thought that adding a product into the category would have given me a proper link but that didnt work either.

Its to late for me to make a clean install. Is there any way that I can just create new category that I will be able to link to a home menu?
I realy hope Im just missing something simple.
