Im having an issue of have only 3 products on the first row and then 4 products on the rest of the rows but only in Safari as in Chrome i'm getting 4 per row and working properly. I'm using a different theme using opencart 3.0.2.0 version.

An oversight in your themes css.
Contact your theme developer and ask them to fix this.
