I found you noting you have errors rather amusing, but nothing related is a matter of opinion, check again.
Besides which error logs?
Since this works perfectly on default, one would have to guess it is related to a theme or extension.
Since there is a difference between being logged in and not you have specials for specific customer groups.
I suspect that you have some incorrect code somewhere on your special page.
You can try to work it out by when you know it happened?
do you have anything in layouts on that page? custom html maybe?
maybe in your modifications log there is an abort / something is conflicting?
turn off your theme - does it work then?
disable extensions one by one - does it work now?
other than that - commercial support to take a look at your system I am afraid ..
