Hello. Im using magentech theme and oc 2.3.0.2. I don't know why, when i change something on the panel, it happens 15-20 min later. Like 1 product's price or image. When i add some product sometimes it takes 1 hour to load. How can i fix this do you have any ideas ?

On a standard OC 2.3.0.2 updated prices are instantly shown on the frontend pages. It might be an issue with your magentech web theme, inwhich case you contact its author.
Or it could be an incorrectly configured CDN. CDNs like CloudFlare etc often result in more issues than benefits, especially with regards to page caching.

I dont think its a cache problem. Because I'm always checking with another browser or private window. But ty for your answers.
And I'm not using CDN. Actually I have another store too. But the other one doesn't have any problem. Using Journal theme. I think theme is a problem. Im gonna contact with them.
