Exporting order history from 2.0.3.1 and moving to 3.x

My current 'live' store runs on 2.0.3.1 and I am in the process of building a fresh install of the latest OpenCart 3.x

I have managed to import all customer login details, names & addresses etc over using the TMD excel export/import extension and making some minor tweeks to the files before importing so all the tables match etc. What I would like to do is be able to also bring over all of the order history or at least the last years worth of sales data, plus it would be nice for customers to also be able to still view their old orders. The TMD extension doesn't seem to be able to do the order data so I am guessing it's going to have to be a MySQL export which I am not very good at and not sure if the tables will even be compatible with 3.x

For info I have around 56,300 orders currently on my site, is there a solution to this?
