Slow initial server response time

My site, pamutkababy.com has been experiencing very slow loading times. I'm aware of certain steps you can make in order to boost the speed of your site (image opitimisation, database opitimisation, etc.), but I'm not an expert at all and I'd be willing to pay for someone to take a look at my site, find and fix all problems that cause slowness, check badly functioning extensions, and so on.
