Back and Restore Issue

After successfully backup and restore of OC 3.0.3.2, Journal 3, from HostGator to GoDaddy hosting, the customers, orders, extensions and language not restored, why ?

Do not use built-in export/import tool
Use phpmyadmin or adminer
