Enhancement - login by mobile number - custom error page

- i want to login with mobile number instead off E- mail "opencart 3"
what files i have to change to apply this <<catalog /account <<login.php / login.twig >>/Data base >
- i want to make a special error page for all errors [404-500 ..]
what files i have to change in it <e>
and how to redirect the path for it

To log in with a mobile number instead of using an Email address, you can use any
desired available extension as suggested by @OSWorX
But I will recommend using an extension named "Login by Telephoopen cartsion for open cart 3."
