I tried a lot but couldn't figure it out. I use Litespeed Cache as a module. It was fine when I first set it up, but it stopped working afterwards. I could not solve the problem. Can you help with this?

Unfortunately this is the price you pay for Journal.
It has so much caching anyway and you have already added yet another level of caching.
You have so much going on (which is in fairness at least you use at lot of the features, but even if you don’t use them, Journal loads all the stuff anyway, which is what makes it slow)
You need to accept that if you put many obstacles in the way it takes time to get through them all. Reduce the elements you are calling and you will reduce the time to load.
I have seen a lot worse (with a lot less) and with the additional layer of litespeed I am surprised you (your customers actually) are not seeing other issues.

Yes, please, first thing you should do is remove that piece of software junk called Journal 3.

Well, I've seen worse Journal Results, but after doing so much work on that Site,
I don't think, that a Theme Change would be a very helpful advise.
So, it only leaves one alternative, get the fasted Webserver you can.

Looking at your site, I think that speed is the least of your problems.

As above you need a theme like this instead of iStore:

Agreed. The theme will deter users. Get rid of Journal3 and your caching extensions, make your site a slimmer, streamlined experience.
