Hello to all.
I search for an extension to save customer shopping cart or even customer checkout list & then the admin can edit the list to make some changes to correct but with no luck. All the extensions that i have found till now gives to customers the possibility to save the shopping list or checkout list but the admin can only view the list can't edit to make some changes for the customers.
Anybody have anything in their mind about an extension?
I use opencart 3.0.3.3 with Journal 3 Theme.
Thank you in advance.

Hi
If I understand you correctly, I have this extension that can do that:
Manage products in customer's cart
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=35101
Please try its demo.

Isn't this a standard OpenCart feature? The store owner logs into the admin backend, then goes to Customers > Customers > Log into Store and then updates the shopping cart.
BTW.: Even if there are extensions as per your requirements, they might clash with Journal3 because the latter is not a proper standard-compliant web theme, a 3rd party extension developer might have to charge more for needed adjustments.
