We have several customergroups (B2B & B2C) in use at our webshop. The B2B customergroup must be approved by us before they can log-in (better prices). But we notice something strange happend when you are at the check-out page. At the check-out (with no log-in, so default settings) the customergroup is default set as B2C, so al the product prices show are B2C prices. But when we change to the B2B customergroup on our check-out page, the prices are also updated to the B2B prices when the account is not yet approved (or not created at all). We use OC 3.0.2.0 with Journal V3, site was upgraded 6 months ago from OC1.5.4 and Journal V1.
