Pre-order options

hi all,
maybe it exists but i have not found it yet,
1. I would like to add a Pre-order button to a product that is out of stock
2. I would like it to automatically charge for example a 10% ( must be changeable) deposit on Preorder - selectable by product, Category or manufacturer
3. Ideally i want to preload stock qty now, but have the pre-order button available UNTIL a pre-set stock arrival date. so for example i would like to set it that item X is 50usd and available on the 1st of september. anytime before that a customer can pre-order and pay 10% now to secure an item, on the preset date though the site will revert to having no preorder available anymore for item X, but just normal stock showing at full price.
Does this already exist?

I have an extension called
True Preorder, which seems to be sufficient for you needs. Take a look and let me know, if it's good for you.

thanks i have had a look, I use an Export / Import to excel tool often, i am just waiting on that developer to let me know if we add your extension if your additional info on the product page will now be included in the export / import tool or not, if so it could work for me.

Indeed good work, may be you update it to V3 as well so people can buy it when looking at its compatibility
