How to Exclude Credit Card Payment Based fee for specific Products - Opencart ver 1.5.4

Hello all
Currently I have a payment based fee set up for all Products.
Is there a way of excluding specific products from being charged the payment based fee?
I'm not skilled in any coding, just able to use the admin backend part of the website.
My OpenCart is version 1.5.4

Thanks for the suggestions Ernie, but I think tienttn would actually want Ultimate Fee/Discount. That would let you set up a product-based payment fee, which could only be charged when certain products are in the cart. It would be separate from your existing payment fee, so you'd essentially replace it with my extension which is more powerful.
