New extension idea! - for UK customers

Royal Mail developed a free bit of code and an API that could be implemented on e commerce websites to allow your customers to have parcels delivered to a chosen post office instead of their home/work. The post office would hold the item for 18 days allowing the customer to pick it up when convenient for them.
Anyone come across this before?
Ive seen it on other Ecommerce websites in the uk, mainly the big fast fashion companies.
