Earlier today my website was suspended by one.com (my hosting provider) as apparently some malware had been uploaded to my site. They provided a list of steps to resolve the situation including a couple of files to delete and to change my database and FTP password.
However, after doing this I am now receiving an error message when trying to visit my site. I have been onto one.com support all day with them suggesting a various things including updating the PHP version and restoring my site from a recent backup but none have worked. Eventually they have told me I will need to contact Opencart support for assistance.
The error message I am receiving is as follows. Can anyone help please? I really need to get my site back up asap and this kind of thing is just way beyond my technical ability.

Hi Mike, yes that was exactly what happened, luckily netruxa pointed it out to me yesterday and all is fixed now.
Was an important bit of information that one.com didn't explain in their guide and couldn't figure out during 6 support chats!
Many thanks both of you for the help.

May I suggest you edit your first post to add [SOLVED] to the subject bar?mallo82 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 3:56 amHi Mike, yes that was exactly what happened, luckily netruxa pointed it out to me yesterday and all is fixed now.
