This topic has now been moved to the OpenCart 3.0 Support > General Support section of the forum.

Well, that's your problem.
You have bought an Extension which is not compatible with that Theme (which itself is not supported in this forum).

Now you have 4 options:
1. adjust it by yourself
2. ask the developer of that Extension to adjust
3. open a ticket at the theme support
4. hire a developer you trust

all i want from this forum is to give me an idea where to start with the small knowledge i have.
maybe i could find a pro who could help me with this thing and give me a bit of idea and knowledge. (i am a quick learner)

There may be a clue on the download page

Code: Select all

NOTE:
1) This extension is tested with Default Opencart theme on version 2.x, 3.x. So on any other themes you may have to modify in vqmod files.
Check those files first, it may be just a case of changing DEFAULT to JOURNAL

No it's unlikely to be that simple as the theme path is usually * which works on any theme name.

Well there you go folks, that's why you don't use Journal.

Anyway, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.
