Hi team,

We are facing this issues not with all customer, but with few.

the problem is that the phone number entered in the checkout page is not passing to payment gateway pages.
The customer cannot able to place order, since the phone number entered was not carried to the payment gateway page.

in the payment gateway page he / she cannot able to add or edit the phone number.

Could anyone please help with this.

At a guess I expect it happens when the number contains funny characters like + () etc.

Same payment gateway or a different one?

Can you post your website url?
You could always use instead an onepage checkout to find out if the problem still persists
