Urgently attention needed

Dear admin,
Please can you show me or write a code on how I add search by location/state around the search bar, so customers can search in there chosen location/state. It will be like a drop down to select location/state you want to search in. When click the search, it will search base on the respective location/state.

I just need an option or a drop-down list of locations/state, for customers to select there respective location/state before searching product. And the search results will be filtered according to selected location/state
