[SOLVED] - Sales Reports in Opencart 3?

Hi guys,

I use Opencart 3.0.3.2 with Journal Theme version 3.

I have used opencart for a while but today I was asked by a bookkeeper for a sales report from OpenCart in a similar format to how you get a sales report from eBay. Is this something that Opencart itself has inbuilt somewhere? I went onto reports but it only showed me basic summaries of how much was sold between certain dates and so on

I ideally need a report with like date of sale, customer name, item name, price, postage, amount of tax charged etc. (I would like this for COMPLETE or SHIPPED status orders only)

If this is possible within opencart could you please tell me how to export this sort of report to CSV?
IF it is not possible in the normal opencart setup could you please recommend a good addon or something that might produce this information for me?

You could look for an extension on the Marketplace that supports ebay and read the description from the Marketplace extension page where a sales report could be implicit in the package. If, from the best extension you could find, you cannot find a sales report, contact the extension developer of the preferred extension you may choose to have it built-in. Otherwise, you could always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this done as a custom job.

I just mean a way of exporting sales transaction information from Opencart (opencart only sales) in a similar excel csv format to what eBay produces where it gives full info of the transaction etc?

OK thanks mate, I will check those out now. I just wanted to be sure it wasn't already an option in vanilla opencart before I bought anything.

Generally speaking, if there is an extension to do something it's because it can't be done without.
