I have imported customer accounts from an external system into OC 18.104.22.168.
Now I would like to manually add old orders to those customer accounts.
But when I add an order and save it, there is an order confirmation email sent automatically to the customer.
I would like to stop the sending of this email to the customer.
Could you please advice how to do this?

edit the file /catalog/controller/mail/order.php an remove all occurences of :
or add // before to comment.
You can do that temporary while you insert the orders and once done you can restore the original file.
You're adding these manually? How many are there?
You could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.
