How to intergrate OpenCart into an existing HTML/CSS website

Hi,
Is it possible for me to intergrate opencart into an exisiting HTML/CSS website?
The website in question is http://www.aloe2health4u.co.uk
I want this site to have the opencart functionality but also possibly keeping its current theme and style.
Is this a big job and how simple/difficult is it?
Are there any easier options for me to consider, any suggestions on ways forward with this would be great.
