How to sell ticket to a live stream

Hi,
Streaming on Twitch and wanted to know how we could set up Open cart to sell tickets to view the videos.
They purchase the ticket say $5 with PayPal, then they are either sent a link to the video or taken straight to the video.
I thought the download would do it, but it needs a file to link to for download.

I'm sure you're not the first person to want to sell access to a Twitch stream, aren't there any pre-existing solutions available?

No as far as I can see Twitch only has a donation as you watch option and a Subscription option for 2 preset amounts. It is not a Pay to View system that's why I am exploring something for that. Pay and get access to a weblink and/or a MP4 or avi file which you can then play.
