i can't enter my localhost from from my phone ( picture included ) opc3/journal 3

i'm looking for some help with my problem

i'm not familiar with this so i will try my best to describe it ..

i have created a local server via ( ampps & xampp )

And connect OpenCard script on it for testing

Everything works great on the web But when I tried to view the site on mobile It looks like this to me

i don't now what is wrong

i tried :

• clear cache
  changing the browser
  using different localhost

and still nothing ☻

i hope you can help me .. and thank you

The "problem" is simple: you are not loading the stylesheets.
Solve this by changing the paths inside the 2 config files from localhost to the IP-Address.
