Is it possible to turn off the collection and shopping cart functions?

I am using the journal3 theme. I would like to ask if i can turn off transaction functions such as price display and shopping cart. I just need to show my product. No need to trade.

It seems a logical way to display a catalog of products online to be fair.

I think it's possible in OpenCart itself but not sure about Journal.

Maybe it is all possible with Journal, it mostly is removing fields, buttons and links from views.
In htaccess or startup.php you can then redirect all requests to routes checkout/* and possibly account/* to the homepage.

Yes, i think opencart is fast and easy, i just want to show my products but a contract must be signed first for customs clearance before payment.So the functions mentioned don't make sense to me.

Rather than considering contract agreement forms as the first-based solutions, you could use payments with authorization methods or an extension that asks customers for a quote. This way, it may ease custom services with your customers.
