Second, to pay 4 U$ less, you leave the secure OpenCart Marketplace and go to the developers website - well your choice.
Third, their website is secured with a free SSL-Certificate Let's Encrypt only - every Fraudster can use this "Certificate" - nothing is secured at all.
Fourth, no details about the owner or other infos about the Website owner, who is operating that whole thing and so on ..
Means, you trust these guys more than OpenCart - only to pay 4 U$ less?
And now you are yelling here that nothing works, that the developer (who is he/she/it) is a fraudster?
And we should take this serious - really?
You left the official OpenCart Marketplace - OpenCart is not responsible for what you buy on any other site!
Second, you provide no further informations why and what is not working.
So, what do you expect now from us here?

As I say in that topic, this developer has already been in trouble a couple of times for fake reviews, but the OpenCart team doesn't seem interested in stopping it. Please make sure you report the developer to the OpenCart team, so that they can keep a record of reports:

Hopefully they'll be taken off the marketplace at some point, but in the meantime, the best thing to do is avoid developers unless they're trusted (which is hard when a developer fakes so many of their own reviews...)
