Individual customer (B2B) specific products and specific pricing - Need to insert code and web service call at load time

I would like to load a session specific table, array, etc. when a customer logins, via a web service call, that contains product attributes that will be used to determine, when any product returned by any search, etc. within the functions of opencart, if the product should be loaded (Customers can only see/purchase product they are qualified to buy). If the product should be loaded we will call another web service to get the product price for this customer. If the product should not be loaded we just skip it. I have created a fresh instance of opencart, via bitnami, on azure to work on this. I'm new to php but not new to programming (30+ years) and I have a java/php/etc. programmer that I work with on the ERP side of things so we can assist greatly. We just don't know opencart or any other e-com pre-built site. Thanks very much and I look forward to your reply.
