jqListEdit - Edit in place for Admin Lists

Using my new "VirtualQMod", I've just made the latest version of this mod completely self-contained!
No file edits or overwritten files! It used to require 9 overwritten tpl files that would require updating for new versions.

Now all the mods that those files needed are offered in just 1 vqmod xml file. Just drop it in and go! And any changes in future versions are either transparent or require tiny changes to the vqmod file. You will need to have VirtualQMod installed for this to work of course

If you already have this mod installed, you will need to replace all 9 files listed in the readme with the originals before trying the vqmod version.
