How to add a new section to Product Page layout

I am having some difficulty on my product page layout... I want to add a line of "FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+" under my product price.
I've tried:
- Adding a new "Product Tab" under Product Extras > Product Tabs. However, it requires that I have a title and a sub-text. I only need a title. If I don't have a sub-text, it will not display.
Ideally, I want to display the "Free shipping" line under the price, like this site: https://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_hi ... irt-f19931
