Hi guys,
i have a client who runs a paragliding business.
they wish to be able to sell videos of individual clients tandem paragliding flights.

how best can this be achieved so that each client only gets access to their own video when they wish to make a purchase?

You can sell the videos as digital downloads.

1. Upload the videos in the Downloads page
2. Create the product like you normally do
3. Add images
4. In the links section, add the video just uploaded

You will need a extension where product can be assigned to a specific customer.

You need to make a customer account, and assign photos or videos to this customer only.
Customer login details can than be mailed to customer and they can log in and only see their photos or videos and decide to buy or download.

a module suitable for this can be found here:

I've set Opencart up before to sell large video file downloads. It's worth looking at serving the downloads from an external source if they're large files. I used an extension and stored and served the videos from Wetransfer.

If you use an extension like the one I used it serves the video file from Wetransfer but still tracks the downloads in the admin area and customer account.
