Looking for help with 405 error on order history and order confirmation process.

Long running site on OC 2.0.1.0 with some non-core mods. Had what was a recent hack of the admin login page. I noticed after that the order update process was taking forever. See viewtopic.php?f=190&t=215066&sid=0c2852 ... 252506d348 for back history and resolution attempts. There are also screen shots of the network developer recordings I captured.

Also, getting TTFB issues on order checkout. I have uninstalled and cleared all cache for mods/ext related to this process. Using only one checkout method and it is the latest version. Also the latest version of vqmod. To the best of my knowledge it all worked fine until the first part of November this year when I noticed mutliple orders coming in for the same customer and products.

I would like some help resolving this issue. I have tried removing extensions related to both of these functions and had my host run a realtime log during recreation of the issue. All to no avail. If there is any other information you would like, please post up.
