Hello!
I am using Version 2.3.0.2 with Basel theme & Quick checkout extension. My issue is when I apply my coupon in the cart page I get this error message " Warning: This coupon code can not be used at this time!" But when I apply the coupon in the quick checkout it works just fine. Any idea how to fix it?

Do you get the same problem with the default theme and checkout? If you don't then it's probably the basel theme and/or quick checkout extension in which case you need to contact the authors.

By default you can't apply coupons on checkout, this is your Quick Checkout feature. I suggest you to contact extension's developer and ask him, why his checkout applies the coupon, when it shouldn't. Maybe it somehow also modifies coupons functionality.
