site was working fine before a day no idea how this error comes whne making order
free shipping selected but its say Warning: Shipping method required!
also from Extensions i disable and re enable it also clear Modifications
but still show same error

pelase help me to fix it
my suggestion is to pay an attention to "zone", as this warning show when customer's coutry is outside the "zone" you have setup

You did not mention the extensions you are using. Is it OC built-in shipping module?

What browser? I remember this being an issue with IE 11... Try clearing your actual browser cache and see if you still get the error. I have seen this before sometimes related to cache control headers or lack of.
Backup and learn how to recover before you make any changes!
