[RELEASED] Homepage Package for 0.7.9

The Homepage Package has been updated for use with OpenCart 0.7.9 (tested on RC3).

This updated package includes a new field in the database table for image size, allowing you to set whether to use a thumbnail or a full-size image.
Also incorporates fckEditor DTD fix and (just for jty) the silver theme.
