How to Hide Products from Custommer Group & Categories

Hi there!
Need of some help . Im using 2.3.0.2 Version Opencart .
What im trying to do , is to hide some staff from a specific group .
I did buy an extension to hide some categories from a group , but if someone search the products can find them.
What im trying to do is to hide categories and products from group. I did manage to hide categories from the group , but in journal in main menu cant hide , it does still show but user cant enter to see what is inside that category.
Anyone can help me to hide products from a specific group ?
And if someone can help to hide main menu categories in Journal from a specific group also.
