Is it possible that i can delete the Contact us page and replace it with a widget. i don't want to delete the whole thing just the Contact us section. it look basic i want to replace with some better.
Yes, you'd want to edit this file, which controls the contact page:
/catalog/view/theme/YOURTHEME/template/information/contact.twig
Once you edit it, don't forget to refresh your Theme cache (by using the gear icon on the main admin Dashboard page, in the upper-right).

if use opencart theme ,such as journal,you can easily add or delete item at contact us page,not need to edit code.
