Top Menu Categories not displaying

I am VERY new to OpenCart. I was working on Joomla before this. I am trying to rebuild my Joomla Site using OpenCart but im having some issues.

I am battling to get my Categories to display in the Top Menu even though i have followed the instructions perfectly. i have ticked the Top box as mentioned. nothing appears on my Top Menu ( i can however view these menus when i view on a mobile but NOT on my PC). I have deleted and readded these categories countless times and still they do not show. The categories should show:
Rings
Morganites
Moissanites
Jewellery

Please i would appreciate any assistance.

Well, better get in contact with your Theme Provider, or then with Joomla,
your Problem has nothing to do with OpenCart, but with the Theme you use.

they would not auto-show,you need to add manually and edit them at backend-journal-header-main menu ,and then main menu desktop and main menu mobile.

if ask journal support,they will give very specific answer
