How to Add New Information Link On Site Footer

Hi, please I am trying to add a new information link; most likely a 3rd party form to my site footer. So I am done adding the new link from>>Dashboard>>catolog>>information>>>new link page. I copied the form code to the new link page's code mode, ticked the default box, ticked the bottom box, but yet after I save my work and reload my site, I still cannot find the new page I added on the footer link, please someone should help me out please....I am a total novice with no coding knowledge

What is your OpenCart version?
Are you using default theme?
Is your new information page enabled?
Did you edit your footer?

My open cart version is Version 3.0.3.2

Its default theme.


And yes the information page is enabled....other information links are showing except the new one I just added now

Are you using any extension related to footer?
make sure you've ticked the bottom box for your new information page.

No I am not using one....I don't mind giving you access to check what is wrong for me please.....is there a way I can message you
