Unable to write database.

Hello,
I shifted my domain. I am using customized theme. Before everything was going right. But now I am unable to change the my page structure from admin side. Rest everything is going fine but not able to change page structure. I created new database user, set all permission also but problem is as it is. Help is appreciated.

Need a lot more information than that!

What theme? What page structure in the admin?
