Example:	Customer orders 1 product marked Envelope and 1 product marked Package. Customer pays Package price according to country and Order total				
	Customer orders 5 products marked Envelope and order total is 6o euro. If shipping adress is Netherlands shipping is free. If shipping to another country shipping is 4.95				
	Customer orders products marked Envelope and products marked package. Order total is 150 euro. Customer pays 0 if in the Netherlands. 4.95 if in another country				
					
					
Note	I should be able to mark PER PRODUCT if an item is Envelope or Package. Preferably add a checkbox in the 'Add product page'. However it's also acceptable to 'misuse' another field for this purpose. Example the standard field 'MPN'. I do not use this field. So if i fill in this field with 1 it's envelope and if it's empty is package is also acceptable.				
Note 2	The prices in the above table are example. I may want to change the prices in the future. Right now it's more 'Dummy Data'.
